Finance Program Management:Lead the planning and execution of finance projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving adoption across the organization. Oversee all phases of finance-related programs, from initial scoping to deployment and ongoing optimization.

Quality Assurance:Ensure the quality of deliverables, implement best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement in finance-related processes.

Risk Management:Identify risks associated with finance initiatives, develop robust mitigation strategies, and make critical decisions to keep projects on course.
Lifecycle Management:Oversee all stages of the finance project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and optimizing processes to enhance financial outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement:Engage with stakeholders, including senior management, finance teams, and cross-functional departments, to gather requirements, communicate progress, and manage expectations.
Change Management:Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of finance projects.
Team Leadership:Lead and empower project teams working on finance-related initiatives, delegate tasks, foster a collaborative environment, and mentor junior team members.
Agile Practices:Apply Agile principles and best practices as an experienced Scrum Master managing multiple Scrum teams, with a specific focus on finance-related projects.
Agile Facilitation:Conduct Agile ceremonies, sessions, and workshops to ensure effective communication and collaboration within finance projects.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information sciences, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of program/project management experience with a proven track record in delivering complex, enterprise, or cross-functional projects.
5+ years of experience managing IT projects, with at least 2 years focused on finance-related implementations or similar systems.
Agile Qualifications:
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Experience as a Scrum Master managing multiple Scrum teams.
Preferred: SAFe certified, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
Other Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with complex projects involving various application components and stack layers.
Preferred: Experience with cloud technologies.
Highly organized with great attention to detail, follow-up, and prioritization skills.
Proven problem solver with strong interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with people at all levels.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to deliver messages across a broad range of audiences.
Team player who values cooperation and leadership.
Preferred: Experience with finance systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Financials, Workday) and a deep understanding of finance processes.
You will be based in Santa Clara, Ca. As this is an office-centric role, you are expected to be present in the office for 3 days a week. As outlined in Pure's Hybrid Work Policy, there will be variations over periods of time, depending on business need.
The annual base salary range is: USD $145,000.00 - USD $218,000.00 /Yr.
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
