Job Summary The Program Management team is looking for motivated individuals who can work across all functions in order to achieve the companies' goals. Your focus as a Program Manager will be to oversee cost, timing, and resources of your programs to ensure program success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Leads ONE's Grid Scale Energy Storage Program ManagementWill be responsible for working with the team to develop budget, staffing, and timing needed to execute the programWill be responsible for holding weekly meetings, program reviews and gate reviews to ensure the project deliverables are being metResponsible for managing change management from a non-technical standpoint and the various impacts that changes have outside of the engineering change (finance, manufacturing, quality, etc.)Responsible for managing customers for your Grid programIdentifies risks to the program and works to quickly solve these issues with transparency to the program and leadershipPerforms any additional duties as assignedWithin 3 months you will: Lead a Grid development programLead a gate review and establish the business case for the program you will leadDevelop internal tools and capabilities to accelerate future projectsBecome familiar with the ONE team and established productsWithin 6 months you will: Work with the engineering team on a pilot Grid Deliverable.Collaborate with other disciplines to plan and execute overall project deliveryMentor junior engineers/project managers on program management processLead customer meetings for your grid programQualifications Education and/or Experience You should be familiar with all, proficient with many, and expert at some of the following, in no particular order:
B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree field5+ years of experience in ESS engineering or program managementUnderstanding of the Grid Storage certification process and requirementsExperience in leading programs from conceptual design through full rate production.Experience with the engineering development process as well as the process of all key stakeholders in the organization.Experience working in a fast-paced environment and to operate under pressure while managing multiple priorities simultaneouslyExperience with project management toolsStrong written/verbal communication and organizational skillsWe welcome you to apply even if you don't match every requirement posted for this role.
