As a member of Benchmarking and Pricing Insights, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing both Customer and Seller Experience by identifying blind spots and improving the overall shopping and selling journey on Amazon.

The candidate should excel in deriving deep insights from complex data, applying sound business judgment, including financial acumen, to assess key decisions swiftly. Additionally, they must be skilled in crafting compelling business documents and driving outcomes for senior leadership at Amazon. The ability to influence across functions and levels within the organization is essential for success in this role.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive end-to-end high impact and high visibility programs that impact pricing and hence customer experience on Amazon.Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliverables for key projects.Analyze data and dive deep into processes to derive insights for enhancing systems.Write compelling business documents and drive outcomes for senior leadership at Amazon.Minimum Requirements3+ years of program or project management experience.3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience.3+ years of driving process improvements experience.Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
