As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
In this role, you have the opportunity to grow Google's cloud business by continuously optimizing Google's cloud demand planning strategy and guide long-term strategic infrastructure investment via innovative and systemic process improvement, functional interlock, and automation.
Responsibilities:Develop, document and execute processes to support Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) Data Center power capacity management on a global basis.Create and maintain an AI/ML Data Center location plan that meets Cloud demand requirements and product-specific Data Center constraints.Develop regional power capacity health plans to manage regional power constraints and drive action plans to bring constrained regions back to health.Create investigative models to plan future capacity needs and evaluate capacity risks and actions to remediate capacity constraints.Launch, drive and deliver complex projects requiring extensive cross-functional interactions.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
