**Job Summary**
As the Program Manager, you will provide SAP Payroll and SAP Human Capital management.

**Job Description**
We are seeking a Program Manager to provide SAP Payroll and SAP Human Capital management.
This position will be **part-time** and **remote.
**
**What Youll Do**
+ Provide support SAP Payroll and SAP Human Capital Management
+ Develop understanding of the business environment and use that understanding to makeinformed decisions and drive results
+ Ensure goals and objectives align with the operational strategies
+ Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets
+ Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management
+ Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to ensure program and project goals are met
+ Ensure compliance with program management processes and standards
+ Provide on-going evaluation and improvements for program management processes and practices
+ Provide day-to-day support for on-going processes
+ Provide on-going evaluation and improvements for processes; work in needed areas toprovide application support for agencys workload demands
**What You'll Need**
Required:
+ Eight (8) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in SAP Payroll
+ Eight (8) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in SAP Human Capital Management
+ Eight (8) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience as a Program Manager
+ Eight (8) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience meeting and working with Stakeholders
Desired:
+ SAP Organizational Management (OM)
+ SAP Personnel Administration (PA)
**Physical Demands**
+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitors
