Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager to provide SAP Payroll and SAP Human Capital management.
This position will be part-time and remote.
What You'll Do
Provide support SAP Payroll and SAP Human Capital Management
Develop understanding of the business environment and use that understanding to makeinformed decisions and drive results
Ensure goals and objectives align with the operational strategies
Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets
Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management
Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to ensure program and project goals are met
Ensure compliance with program management processes and standards
Provide on-going evaluation and improvements for program management processes and practices
Provide day-to-day support for on-going processes
Provide on-going evaluation and improvements for processes; work in needed areas toprovide application support for agency's workload demands
What You'll Need
Required:
Eight (8) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in SAP Payroll
Eight (8) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in SAP Human Capital Management
Eight (8) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience as a Program Manager
Eight (8) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience meeting and working with Stakeholders
Desired:
SAP Organizational Management (OM)
SAP Personnel Administration (PA)
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitors
