Program Manager Job Summary We are seeking a skilled multifaceted Program Manager with a strong background in Java development to lead and manage sophisticated software projects. Location: Chicago, IL. *Candidate is required to be in the office 2 to 3 days a week* Roles and Responsibilities: · Program Planning: Develop detailed program plans, define the scope of the program, and track progress · Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate multiple projects within the program, ensuring they are executed smoothly · Resource Management: Allocate resources, manage budgets, and develop funding proposals · Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget · Stakeholder Communication: Maintain relationships with stakeholders and report on program status · Team Leadership: Supervise project managers and other staff, providing guidance and support · Performance Evaluation: Assess program performance and work to maximize return on investment (ROI) Required Qualifications: · Project Management: Strong understanding of project management techniques and methods · Leadership: Excellent leadership and organizational skills · Communication: Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement · Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues and make strategic decisions · Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Basecamp) · Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and develop efficient strategies Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 12/25/2024.
