Program Manager

Job summary
Responsible for planning VIP aircraft completion projects with focus on schedule, budget, and customer relations.Anticipates obstacles, performs risk analysis, coordinates risk minimization measures and manages work changes.Communicates all project related information to the project core group and reports to senior management.
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Coordinates the project team, the departments and the customer.• Synchronizes master milestone plan with detailed sub-schedules from each manager.• Develops and directs procedures and methods to ensure that quality standards are met and maintained.• Improves employee relations through effective communications, coaching, training, and development.• Provides leadership for problem resolution to facilitate continuous improvements and improved working relationships.• Measures performance to company goals and standards.• Provides project management expertise in the areas of VIP completion projects.• Performs other duties as assigned by VP, Completions.
Requirements
• Bachelor level degree or equivalent.• Three to five years project management experience in completion projects or equivalent.• Time Management: ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.• Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and a functional level.• Strong customer orientation.• Understanding of cultural differences in foreign (especially Arabian and/or Chinese) countries.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.• Strong team player.• Commitment to company values and ethics.• Strong computer proficiency, especially MS Office, MS Project.• Experience in AS9100 environment preferred.
