Program Manager

Description ActioNet has an immediate opportunity for a Program Manager eligible for Secret Clearance in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. ActioNet is an IT service provider and solutions integrator headquartered in Vienna, VA that works with the Federal Government and Department of Defense.   
As the Program Manager, you will plan, initiate and manage information technology projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff.
Duties and Responsibilities Managing and direct activities of large multi-disciplinary IT support groups. Developing complex Information Technology program plans to address needs and requirements Investigate and resolve problems, interfacing with other functional support groups and outside personnelPreparing capital and operating requests, managing Subcontractors' staff, and executing program/business plans.Organize and direct work along with directing personnel and multi-discipline teams to achieve objectives.Experience addressing complaints and resolving problems associated with PWS requirementsBasic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required in technical fieldFive (5) Years experiencePreferred Certificates : PMI, PMP or equivalent as approved by COR, ITIL 4 FoundationActioNet is a CMMI-DEV Level 4, CMMI-SVC Level 4, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, HDI-certified, woman-owned IT Solutions Provider with strong qualifications and expertise in Agile Software Engineering, Cloud Solutions, Cyber Security and IT Managed Services.   With 24+ years of stellar past performance, ActioNet is the premier Trusted Innogrator!
