Description: S2i2 is currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Program Manager to support and oversee critical projects. The Program Manager will be responsible for providing data-driven insights, monitoring program milestones, and ensuring that all services are delivered according to the required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, strategic oversight, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring compliance with federal contract requirements.



Responsibilities: Provide data to meet the United States Mint information and analysis needs in the following areas: adherence to contract requirements, forecasting and trend projections (to include current and projected burn rates), performance quality, documentation, and production volumes. Monitor enterprise (CIO-level) program and project milestones, including detection and reporting of performance (e.g., slippages, etc.) and risk. Ensure that all services meet the required quality levels throughout the life of the contract, and that methods for improving the overall quality of all required services are employed. Prepare and conduct monthly In-Progress Reviews (IPRs) with the United States Mint COR, CO, and appropriate United States Mint stakeholders, to cover performance for all Service Areas. IPRs are to be provided to the United States Mint five business days prior to the IPR meeting. Experience and Certification Requirements: 20 years of experience in program management.
