**The Program Manager reports directly to the Program Director.
This position is based in Deptford, NJ and oversees our group home.
**
**Salary: $56,000-$65,000**
**What Devereux Looks for in YOU:**
+ Plans and implements the occupational, recreational, social and other developmental plans designed for each individual in their care.

+ Responsible for ensuring the internal and external facilities of the program are maintained in a way to present Devereux as a good neighbor and welcomed member of the community.

+ Responsible for all the staff within their assigned program(s) inclusive of the hiring, performance management, attendance management, payroll accuracy and training compliance of each team member.

+ Ensure all shifts within the program are adequately covered.

+ Supervise the planning, implementation, and documentation of programs designed to meet the social, emotional, physical, and personal needs of our individuals.

+ Plan and participate in group outings for our individuals.

+ Manage the shopping for the homes necessities, such as food, clothing, and household items.

+ Schedule and transport our individuals to doctors appointments, shopping trips, and day programs/schools.

**Qualifications**
**The Ideal Candidate Will Have:**
+ High School Diploma required, Bachelor's in a related field preferred.

+ One year of supervisory experience in a child behavioral health care agency.

+ Two years experience working with individuals with disabilities in a community setting preferred.

+ Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills.

+ Consistently meets deadlines, ability to prioritize, multi-task and flexibility.

+ Willingness to be on-call.

+ Previous experience and knowledge of monitoring and managing fiscal responsibilities of a group home or residential setting.

+ Experience with DDD licensing site visits preferred.
