WWRGD Infrastructure Change Management is looking for a Program Manager with project management and design or construction experience to own strategic and tactical delivery of network expansion in a critical business portfolio. This role requires scoping and creating plans, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating across a variety of stakeholder teams.
Key job responsibilities
-Manage and drive continuous improvement of the change management intake and decision-making mechanism
-Own cross-team coordination, project/process management and executive presentation. Ensure alignment with business stakeholders and internal teams such as Design, Construction, Finance, and Capital Planning
-Critically assess change requests and ensure business justification, financial analysis, and timeline impacts are quantified. Identify appropriate stakeholders and approvers for change requests, and manage mechanisms to gain alignment
-Dive deep in understanding the product, our business and the competitive landscape
-Partner with other program managers to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities and milestones and drive delivery
-Own program communication, accelerate progress by driving crisp and timely decisions, clearing blockers (e.g., path to green), escalating as appropriate
-Establish and drive to meet operational goals and metrics for the portfolio
-Present operational metrics regularly to the leadership teams
