Tesla is seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and organized Hardware Program Manager to join our Global Vehicle Accessories & Merchandise team.
This candidate will be responsible for leading a wide variety of cross-functional programs from inception to completion across the business.
This role will focus on the development of our hardware product roadmap by ensuring cross functional teams are all tracking towards a prepared launch readiness date.
This person will work closely with vehicle programs, product, design, supply chain, material planning, demand planning and finance to maintain our overall hardware product roadmap and ensure our global cross-functional team is tracking towards our quarterly and long-term business goals.

Responsibilities Develop and manage multiple detailed vehicle accessories & merchandise product roadmaps that clearly define end-to-end development plans and ensure on-time delivery in line with Tesla's overall vehicle program timelines and the financial targets of the business Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases of each product launch Define a set of KPIs to measure business impact with the ability to analyze and utilize them in the decision-making processes Proactively identify upcoming risks, issues, and bottlenecks with a proposed plan for resolution Proactively identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements by removing gaps across multiple teams and ensuring teams are working on high-impact products that align with business goals Balance the business needs with technical constraints across fulfillment, digital and supply chain by building deep subject matter expertise for your area Requirements Degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in program management, product development, e-commerce, merchandise and/or vehicle accessories with evidence of customer impact and evidence of exceptional ability Strong analytical skills with ability to query data from various systems to solve problems Motivated and self-starter mindset with extreme attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communications across technical and non-technical stakeholders Strategic thinker with proven experience of ability to recognize, influence and maximize engagement with stakeholders Ability to work in a dynamic, growing business unit and ability to flex and multi-task in order to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment Able to make timely decisions, anticipate problems and provide creative solutions Compensation and Benefits

$64,600 - $210,900/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
