Micron is hiring a Program Manager in Storage Business Unit's(SBU's)StrategicMarketingTeam! This rolewill lead thedevelopment of SBU's roadmapsthrough itsestablishedmanagementprocess,as well as theProductChangeManagement process!
You will be vital to these effortsas you ensure roadmap deliverablesare coordinated with othercontent contributors,areaccurate,andarepresentedinatimelyfashionto executivesand othercustomers.This role will partner with theSBUexecutive team!
Responsibilities:
Understand, communicate,and drivetheprocessfor developing SBU roadmaps forSSDsand NAND. You will develop roadmapversionsfor both internal and external audienceson a cadence defined byestablishedroadmap processes.
Chair weekly Change Control Board (CCB) meetings to ensure processes are followed forProduct Change Requests (PCRs), publish notes and decisions, and track metrics.
Understand, communicate,and drivetheprocessfor developing SBU'sroadmaps includingSSDs,NAND, andHigh-Speed-Capacity(HSC)NAND I/O Expander ASICs.
Drive and work closely with Product Line Managers(PLMs), Product Development TeamLeads(PDLs) and the Non-Volatile Engineering Group (NVEG)toalign roadmap and change controlprocesseswiththeMicronProduct Lifecycle Managementprocess.Align cross-functional teamsincludingPLMs,PDTs,NANDandHSC Product Development Leads, Technical Product Managers(TPMs),NVEGEngineering Teams, Global Operations, and otherbusiness units.
IdentifyandresolveRoadmapandProduct ChangeControlprocessgaps and additions.
Qualifications:
Program management skills:Must be capable of driving sophisticated processes.
Command skills:Must be capable of driving customers up to and including executives, despite partners often having other exciting priorities.
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulateprocesses torelevant customers, especially executives.
Technical knowledge:Must have proven understanding ofSSDand NAND technologies.Proficiencywith MSOffice tools,especiallyPowerPoint,is required.PriorexperienceusingAtlassianJIRA for trackingisa plus.
Attention to detail:Must be capable of identifying and correcting errors made bycontributorsincludinggrammar,content,andformatting.
Collaborative skills:Collaboratewith cross-functional teams and senior executives across departments, as well asprovidingleadership to teams on the implementation of critical initiatives.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree oradvanced degree experiencepreferred and at least 7+ years of relevant work experience.
The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$123,500.00 - $278,500.00

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
