Description & Requirements
The program provides a virtual triage service in support of patient care and treatment for a targeted audience.
Using a patient-centric approach, the clinical and non-clinical team will assess and direct callers to the appropriate level of care, source providers, facilitate medical appointments and answer program questions.
This person will manage an effective and cohesive team to ensure consistent delivery of services, lead the team members to deliver on the goals of the program, and support the Program Manager in developing and refining policies and procedures for the project's operational and clinical domains.
Serve as Key Personnel for the program.
Position is contingent upon contract award Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead content knowledge expert concerning the review and research of provided clinical information.Perform clinical case reviews and consultationsProvide direct supervision to assigned team of nursing and/or other clinical staffProvide subject matter expertise related to medical necessity and level of care criteria and application thereofProvides education and clinical training to staff in area of expertisePerforms other related duties as assigned.Maintain clinical competency in accordance with licensure requirementsSupervision of the Clinical Team including but not limited to monitoring activities, schedules, productivity of nursesSupport development and implementation of training for nurse and non-nurse staffDisseminate policy, protocol change, and ensure implementation across the teamsLead regular team meetings and act as the point-person for the nursesCollaborate with project management to monitor and ensure departmental performance and operational goals are metAddress identified opportunities to improve the project, i.e., quality implementation, and efficient processing of casesParticipate in the nurse team meetings on a rotational schedule to ensure contract compliancePromote project image and goals through public speaking engagements and local professional presentationsAudit, review, and approve timesheetsPerform other duties as may be assigned by the Senior Program Manager Comply and ensure program compliance with HIPAA privacy rulesOccasional travel, as neededMinimum Requirements
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of practice is requiredBachelor's degree and 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience requiredMinimum of 5 years of clinical experienceMinimum 1 year supervisory experience preferredAbility to obtain US Security Clearance Bachelor's Degree in nursing from an accredited School of NursingMust have current licensure as a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 15 years' experienceMust have 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience as an RN Prior experience supporting a Call Center environmentPreferred Qualifications
Master's DegreeCurrent BLS certificationExperience in customer service, performance evaluation, and process improvementExperience in large volume staff training and coaching Excellent written and oral communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levelsProactive, self-starter with the ability to work well in a team environmentDetail-oriented with good organizational skills and capable of effectively prioritizing and multi-taskingExperience working remotely and leading a remote team including using Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, and other digital toolsHome Office Requirements

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment.
Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package.
Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.

Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.

Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.

$120,000.00
Annual Base Pay Maximum for this Position
$160,000.00
