Introduction With headquarters in Tromsø, Norway, Kongsberg Satellite Services AS (KSAT) supplies ground station services for satellite communications. KSAT is the world's largest supplier of services for telemetry, tasking and control (TT&C) and data acquisition from non-geostationary satellites.

Summary of Position KSAT USA is seeking a mid-career professional, with experience in project and program management. As a Program Manager in KSAT's Satellite Ground Services team, the Program Manager will be responsible for implementing and leading satellite ground communications solutions and other space related projects from development to operations.
The Program Manager will lead technical interdisciplinary teams consisting of members from the various departments in KSAT, such as infrastructure, engineering, and operations, and be responsible for planning, execution, and daily management of a portfolio of customer projects. The Program Manager will manage subcontractors, partners, and procurements within each project. The Program Manager will work closely with the sales and business development team during the bid phase and be KSAT's point of contact towards customers for technical matters from project initialization to closeout.
The Program Manager will work as part of a matrixed organization, functionally reporting to KSAT's Direct of Programs, Espen Sagen, who resides in Norway. The Program Manager will receive day-to-day support and oversight from Dan Adams, General Manager of KSAT USA.
The role will be local to the Greater Denver region. Relocation assistance to the Greater Denver region is available for the right candidate.

Establish relationships with customer points of contact for assigned projects, with recurring meetings/dialogues Becoming familiar with internal stakeholders and resources, traveling to Norway for onboarding and team-development activities Compensation The target compensation range of this position is $125K - $165K.
