Role: Program Manager Location: Cincinnati, Ohio(Remote will work but preferred onsite) Note: E-commerce and AMS engagement experience is must. Responsibilities of the program manager • Daily program management throughout the program life cycle for AMS engagement; • Defining the program governance (controls); • Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress - weekly program review, monthly program review; • Managing the program's budget - AMS contractual obligations - rewards, penalties; • Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements; • Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies; • Managing and utilizing resources across projects; • Managing stakeholders' communication - weekly business review for multiple business sectors and brand leadership teams; • Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program's "outcome" with the aid of the business change manager; and • Managing the main program documentations such as the program initiation document. • Resource hiring, firing, performance evaluation, upskilling and cross skilling • Cost and effort estimation, negotiation for CRs and capital projects • Responsible for managing sales funnel (organic growth) Skills: • Must to have experience in managing SAP commerce cloud (formerly known as Hybris) programs • Must to have experience in managing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) programs • Preferred experience of managing SAP BI/BW, Testing Services, Mobile applications • Good understanding of Digital marketing - targeted marketing, campaigns, promotions • Good understanding of eCommerce KPIs for D2C and B2B • Exposure and prior experience in D2C and B2B in retail industry • Preferred experience in cosmetics or beauty industry • Prior hands on engagement experience in Agile Scrum, Waterfall, T&M, FPP, AMS, Managed Services programs • Experience in managing sales funnel (account organic growth) - new opportunities
