In this position…
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to lead the financial planning and execution of engineering
projects. This critical role requires strong analytical skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple
complex projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will be responsible for budget creation, fund
management, auditing spending requisitions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance
and timely project completion. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering and advanced Excel skills
are required.
What you'll do…
Lead the creation of new financial projects
Identify waste and opportunities to modernize business practices in the Program Financial Control team
Manage the movement of funds between line items to optimize project implementation and ensure timely
execution.
Conduct thorough audits of all spending requisitions to ensure accuracy and strict adherence to Ford Finance
Manual rules and guidelines. This includes detailed review and approval of cost study estimates and all
payments.
Collaborate closely with Plant Finance to effectively manage and track capital assets assigned to plants.
Provide coaching and mentoring to engineering teams on financial processes, best practices, and company
guidelines.
Foster strong working relationships and effective communication with cross-functional stakeholders, including
Process Engineers, Supervisors, Managers, Program Leaders, Manufacturing Finance, Property Accounting,
and India Project Control.

You'll have…
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering required
Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced
environment.
Positive and proactive attitude, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with complex formulas and data analysis.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize new software systems, including Ford Corporate
Systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong working relationships with
colleagues and stakeholders.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and assignments concurrently, while maintaining attention to detail
and accuracy.
Commitment to high ethical standards and integrity.
Strong customer service orientation, dedicated to providing exceptional support and exceeding expectations.

This position is a range of salary grades 5-8 .
