Responsibilities:As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service.You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.You are expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.You will be responsible for team decisions and will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.Master proficiency in Program Project Management is required.Advanced proficiency in Customer Service Delivery and Master proficiency in Stakeholder Management are recommended.Develop and implement innovative strategies to optimize program/project outcomes.Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders.Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.Support the executive communications team within Global Partnership team.The ideal candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills and will focus on managing initiatives rather than on creative or presentation tasks.Hybrid work schedule: 2-3x a week in San Jose
