Rate of pay: $15.00 - $16.00.
Final compensation is based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
Essential Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, coordination, execution and implementation of programs activities and initiatives.
Attend and actively participate in branch initiatives, outreach, trainings, and staff meetings as assigned.
Effectively communicate with participants, parents and members.
Identify opportunities for program improvement and contribute to strategic planning efforts.
Maintain accurate records related to program activities and outcomes.
Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Leadership.
Minimum Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve a diverse community.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Must be flexible and able to work weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: Multi-lingual skills Experience working with children, youth, and families.
One-year experience in related program field.
Physical Requirements: Physical Fitness- ability to demonstrate various sports and dance techniques, including flexibility, strength and endurance.
Mobility- capable of moving around the facility, including standing, walking, and demonstrating activities for extended periods.
Coordination- proficiency in coordination and balance, necessary for teaching and demonstrating dance moves and sports techniques.
Lifting and Carrying- ability to lift and carry various equipment or props for the program which may weigh up to 10lbs, as needed for classes or events.
Endurance- capacity to verbally and physically lead classes or programs that may last several hours, maintaining energy and enthusiasm.
