About this Role:

The Training and Support Unit is responsible for the implementation and operations of the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Program . The analyst will serve as a program subject matter expert who will provide training and technical support to in home care providers and Jurisdictional Entities to ensure compliance with EVV requirements. The analyst is responsible for creating and drafting training documents and materials such as PowerPoints, Newsletters, and webinars. The analyst participates in planning and implementing special projects, identifies problems/issues and performs professional level analysis as well as makes recommendations to resolve identified issues. The analyst is responsible for spearheading engagement projects, crafting dynamic communications strategies and liaising with internal and external partners.

Results from the AGPA or SSA examination(s) currently in progress may be utilized for filling the(se) position(s).

Telework Information
This position may be eligible for telework up to three days per week and is required to report in-person and site-based a minimum of two days per week.
