SealingTech is looking for a Program Technical Lead who likes to work each day with the end customer and ensure mission success. You'll be responsible for managing the technical aspects of a contract supporting a real-world mission with global impact. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background across a wide range of technology in hands on roles, experience managing teams, experience with government contracting (preferably with the DOD).
Minimum Requirements: 15+ years of hands-on experience in 4 or more of the following areas things:Software developmentNetworkingVirtualizationComputer ForensicsSystems EngineeringPenetration TestingDefensive Cyberspace OperationsAdministrator level knowledge of Linux (Red Hat is preferred) using the command lineProven experience managing teams of at least 5 personnelProven experience managing technical solutions to government (preferably DOD) of a value of at least $25MProven experience with DoD Acquisition ProcessProven experience collecting requirements from the customer and producing a working solutionProven experience working in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment Ability to research new technical concepts and quickly generate ideas on how its use could improve missionOrganized and able to manage competing priorities, attention to detail is a mustThe ability to work directly with a highly technical customer and provide great customer serviceThe ability to successfully work with people with a variety of skill levels and backgroundsStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to travel within the United States Must be willing to work on site a minimum of three days a weekMust have an active drivers license and clean driving recordThe ability to lift 50+ pounds regularlyAn active Secret clearance with an ability to obtain TS/SCI US CitizenBachelors degree in a technology related field This role has an internal job title of a Principal Systems Engineer. A general base salary range of $170k to $200k (aligned with current national standards) may be broader, but we are specifically targeting $170k to $190k for this position, set in line with internal benchmarks. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
