The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for homeless and at-risk families, children, and individuals throughout Colorado. The Coalition advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those it serves. The Program Training Coordinator supports Housing Support Services in the delivery, maintenance, and tracking of workforce competencies and adherence to the agency Mission and Philosophy of Service. This position will assist with the delivery of a wide range of employee learning programming across multiple sites and for diverse audiences.  This position, in partnership with Property Management, Housing Assistance, and Stout Street Heath Center leadership, supports the onboarding of new employees to ensure high-quality services are being delivered that maximize collaboration, workforce performance, resident housing stability, and success of the housing program.

Essential Job Functions Stays current on all required CCH trainings and remains current on PSH Best Practices (e.g., CSH Dimensions of Quality) and general regulations the properties must follow (e.g., Fair Housing).  Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with agency leadership.Provides hands on coaching regarding workflow expectations including productivity, documentation, record keeping, and schedule maintenance. Maintains collaboration with Property Management, Housing Assistance, Denver Housing Authority, Stout Street Health Center, and Quality Assurance to ensure department training maximizes program and housing performance expectations.Supports all department staff with increasing collaboration within other CCH programs (Peer Coordinators, MAT programs, Native American Services, Fort Lyon, etc.)Maintains and updates the Housing Support Services staff training documentsIdentifies and coordinates trainings offered through community partners (e.g., Human Service Network). Trains program staff on the Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) outlined by CCH leadership.Works one-on-one with new workforce members to development an understanding of program benefits and limitations for program participants, along with how to effectively discuss the programs in a way that maximized positive experiences for the participants.Provides training to CCH Property Management on Permanent Supportive Housing service programming. Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees and customers.Provide training on the navigation of commonly utilized resources (Denver Human Services & Colorado Peak, Social Security, Rocky Mountain Human Services, Stout Street Health Center, Denver Health, Metro Caring, Colorado Crisis Services, etc.)Provides expertise in database usage and management including E.H.R., HMIS, Dayforce, Relias, Safety Zone, and internal databases/tools commonly located on the J-drive and SharePoint. Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos.Maintains training resources in collaboration with the department administrative assistant to ensure workforce members have access to effective resources.Maintains a department workforce member roster and identifies areas of training support needed for both individuals and the department as a whole.Travels to multiple housing locations to provide training and client service coverage.Performs other duties as required. Qualifications Summary Bachelor's degree, Training and Development or equivalent required.  Knowledge and experience with Relias (LMS) and Dayforce (HRIS) Systems, preferred.Minimum of three years' relevant experience. Relevant education and training may substitute for experience.Strong presentation skills.Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.Ability to design and implement effective training and development.Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.Excellent virtual and classroom management skills.Knowledge of homeless issues and demonstrated sensitivity to and a desire to work with underserved populations.Excellent organization and time management skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Must have a valid Colorado Driver's License and meet CCH automobile insurance eligibility.
\n$21.67 - $24.04 an hour
