Preferred Minimum Qualifications A master's degree and three years of professional experience in social work, child support, adult protective services, child welfare, early childhood development and education, guidance and counseling, nursing, intellectual disability, probation and parole, public administration, community-based prevention, and diversionary youth services programs, juvenile justice, rehabilitation counseling, vocational evaluation or vocational rehabilitation;OR an equivalent combination and experience, substituting 1 additional year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education. *Professional experience in the fields listed must have been the primary job responsibility to be considered as qualifying. Incidental performance of professional work in any area(s) shall not be considered. Job Responsibilities: This position performs professional training work as a representative of DDS State Office and is assigned responsibilities involving the training and professional development of employees and contracted agency staff in various required topics or skills as outlined by policy. This position conducts virtual and in-person training sessions to provide the most updated information about program policies, procedures, etc., and to communicate relevant changes in training requirements. This position will also assist with business processes such as process mapping, project planning, data analysis, and continuous improvement efforts as assigned.
