The Role: We have an awesome full-time gig as a Project Administrator/Assistant Project Manager for operations and maintenance at federal facilities (O&M) in NW Washington, DC!
This is an on-site role (sorry, remote folks!)
with a supportive atmosphere, solid compensation, and benefits starting on day one.

What You'll Be Up To: Keeping things running smoothly: answering calls, assigning work orders, and ensuring quality checks are in place.Updating and managing CMMS like a boss.Backing up the Senior Project Manager when needed.Coordinating safety trainings, office supplies, and more.Managing payroll documents, staff schedules, and timekeeping.Creating reports that keep everyone in the know!
