Summary
The Project Administrator will provide support to the Project Manager and business unit. This role will assist the Project Manager in all aspects of jobs day to day activities including procure, closeouts, meeting minutes, and projections.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Assist the General Contractor and Project Manager
* New job set up: Review and understand Contracts.
* Administrative support for the business unit office.
* Support project reporting processes.
* Develop productivity tracking processes on a job by job basis.
* Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
Experience, Education & Skills
* Two or more years of Administration experience is preferred
* Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
* Detail oriented with the ability to multitask.
* Ability to interact effectively with others, both within and outside of the organization.
* Proficiency in MS Office including advanced MS Excel skills. Experience with Viewpoint ERP software is preferred.
