As the Project Administrator, you will be responsible for various administrative duties for public sector projects.
**Job Description**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized **Project Administrator** to join our team for a **full time** , **onsite 8 month+ contract** opportunity in **Newark, DE** .
The primary responsibility of this role is to complete basic data entry, scanning and indexing various source documents into a document imaging system for storage, processing, and data management purposes within the public sector.
**What Youll Do**
+ Prepare documents for digitalization by separating a variety of records to prep for their indexing subtype
+ Operate scanning equipment to convert paper documents into digital formats, ensuring clarity and readability of scanned images, as necessary
+ Accurately index and categorize digital documents within the imaging system, adhering to established naming conventions and organizational standards
+ Implement document retention policies, ensuring compliance with designated retention schedules, as necessary
+ Perform quality checks on documents to validate the document was received in the proper format
+ Ensure the security and confidentiality of all digital records, following data protection regulations
+ Maintain assigned office equipment in a clean and professional manner
+ Work closely with managers and team members to ensure that all necessary documentation is collected, indexed, and maintained
**What Youll Need**
Required
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Experience with Microsoft Suite applications or equivalent
+ Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information to team members and managers
+ Familiarity with document imaging systems and related software
+ Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
+ Transportation to/from office, dependable and on-time
+ Be available to work a minimum of one Saturday a month, if necessary
**Physical Demands**
+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc
+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard
