American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the Global leader in the Commercial Payments Solutions space and continues to be an exciting and fast-growing business. To maintain this success, the organization must accelerate sales and drive profitable charge volume growth. The Global Sales Enablement, Pricing & Transformation (SPT) team within GCS is instrumental in ensuring achievement of these objectives.
The Project Analyst is primarily responsible for providing ongoing platform support to client-facing-colleagues (CFCs) and front-line leaders, including troubleshooting and guidance. This role will serve as a subject matter expert, participating in the testing and rollout of roadmap features, continuing education for users, and collaborating with internal and external partners. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, forward-thinking, curious, and is skilled at building relationships quickly and effectively, while prioritizing under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform analysis of key indicators across the US SME Business to understand underlying trends and make recommendations for solutions.
Be a primary contact for internal customers and partners.
Provide hands-on support, and/or troubleshooting for technical issues, training gaps, and user errors.
Contribute to the design and implementation of compelling training content and training strategy.
The ability to create visually stimulating presentations for senior leadership review
Provide end-to-end Project Management support for implementation of special projects.
Minimum Qualifications
Excel (macros, pivot tables) skills
Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills – demonstrating thought leadership
Proven track record crafting reports and analyses of KPI insights for Senior Leadership
Solution oriented, strategic thinker
Excellent follow through, time management, and proactive communication skills
Ability to prioritize effectively, leveraging strong organization skills
Project Management discipline and managing multiple priorities
Passion for service, understanding customer needs, with a focus on creating best-in-class digital experiences
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce experience
Global Commercial Services knowledge
Bachelor's Degree
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
