We are seeking a dedicated individual with strong organizational and communication skills to join our Supply Chain team in Kristinehamn.
This role serves as a critical interface in the heart of our operations, as part of both the supply chain and the customer project team, supporting in driving projects to success. As the primary contact for the project team regarding supply chain activities, you'll ensure smooth communication and coordination by being responsive and proactive.
As Project Buyer, you'll lead procurement activities and make strategic buying decisions for the project in accordance with the scope and sourcing strategies, together with coordinating relationships with project-specific suppliers. You ensure compliance with policies, maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation for customer projects in line with regulatory requirements.
You'll follow up the Project Milestone Plan and financial commitments from a supply chain perspective, identifying and assessing internal and external risks that could affect cost, quality, delivery, and sustainability. You'll work with the project team and supply chain functions to mitigate these risks and create resolution plans.

We are seeking you To be a great fit for our team, you'll need a degree in business or engineering, preferably together with relevant industry experience. Familiarity with supply chain, project management, and ERP systems is advantageous. Excellent written and verbal English skills are crucial, with proficiency in other languages being a plus.
