Project Controller

Role Description:
Support the project's Project Controls team with cost related activities such as inputting contracting and trend allocations, forecasting costs on a monthly basis, data analysis and close out activities.


Daily Responsibilities:
• Perform GEP invoice review and validation.

• Generate and route Commitment Approval Forms as needed to document new or supplemented commitments.

• Balance commitment logs with respective work scope cost trackers.

• Perform close out validation of minor contracts.

• Perform expenditure and other data analysis as required.


Skills:
• Skilled in the Microsoft Office suite with expert level skillset in Excel
• Experience in financial analysis
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to work independently across multiple tasks and manage one's time

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance related field
• 2-4 years of experience required
