Location: Office in Grand Junction, CO or potentially remote Job description: The position will provide support to RCE Management and Internal Staff as well as Clients and Subcontractors. This is a critical role within the organization requiring excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills. Candidate should be an energetic, self-starter with strong communication skills with the ability to manage several detailed processes concurrently.
Responsibilities: Manage and communicate with new project/client inquiries (email, phone, website) Develop and submit proposals to clients and RFPs Manage client contracting in coordination with legal department Interface with clients, RCE management, and technical project leads Manage and develop new templates to support pre-engagement processes Data entry and management of project management software Document and record required information to maintain ISO accreditations Specialized projects/tasks as requested Educational Qualifications Bachelor's Degrees Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable communicating internally and externally Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills Attention to detail .
