Project Coordinator

Job summary
The Project Coordinator handles logistics and administrative tasks for client projects.They assist with equipment ordering, material tracking, and communications with contractors and vendors.This is a full-time hybrid position located in Des Moines, IA.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate projects through all phases, from initial set-up to final billing.• Import or input order information into the database/ERP system.• Verify accuracy of contracts and initiate purchase orders.• Organize project files and participate in status meetings.• Resolve operational problems and suggest improvements.• Assist other Project Coordinators as needed.• Support punch list completion and warranty claims.• Complete banking and serve as back-up for customer inquiries.• Scan receiving documents for the warehouse.• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• High School Diploma required, Associates Degree preferred.• 1-2 years of administrative or coordinator experience.• 1-2 years of construction industry experience preferred.• Foodservice industry experience is a plus.• Ability to pass a background check.
