In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful execution of technology projects for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating project plans, organizing implementations, and delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Performing essential project management duties such as reviewing plans, finalizing budgets, and maintaining regular client communication.
- Understanding project objectives and the roles of each team member to facilitate seamless collaboration.
- Participating in planning meetings to clearly identify scope, needs, and priorities aligned with project goals.
- Coordinating multiple concurrent technology projects while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Processing monthly invoices and maintaining comprehensive project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
- Documenting meeting actions, following up on critical tasks, and escalating issues to leadership when necessary.
- Coordinating internal resources and third-party stakeholders to meet budgetary and timeline requirements.
- Communicating project progress, changes, agreed outcomes, and downtime to clients, fostering strong relationships built on excellent service.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes using best-in-class methodologies.
- Facilitating the change order process and communicating changes effectively to internal teams.
- Embracing any additional duties and tasks as required to support the company's success.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Possesses 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or business management.
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft software (Excel, Word, Projects, Teams), with prior experience in ConnectWise being a valuable asset.
- Exhibits a customer-centric orientation and exceptional communication skills.
