Responsibilities
• Understand and implement Project Administration Operating Discipline• Assist with purchase orders for equipment and material procurement• Process, compile, distribute, and file project documentation• Issue labor contract packages and maintain specifications and drawing list• Coordinate project moves, communicate with PDC• Assist with project closure and maintenance file establishment• Set up project distribution lists and plan meetings/events• Provide support for Design, Procurement, and Construction activities• Maintain timely flow of documents and project files• Assist peers during workload and act as backup• Ensure engineering documents are prepared for archive and retention• Create maintenance files with necessary documentation
Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Ability to build strong working relationships• Quick, accurate, and consistent decision making• Handle multiple priorities with attention to detail• Organized self-starter with adaptability• High School Diploma or equivalent• 2-3 years of related experience
