Position: Project Coordinator - Engineering Computer Lab

Location: Richland, WA Duration: 12 months Job Description: As a Project Coordinator for the Engineering Computer Lab (ECL), you will play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality and efficiency of our lab devices. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple configurations for ECL devices, encompassing both production setups and various in-process Engineering Changes (EC). Additionally, you will be tasked with developing tools and processes to streamline the maintenance of these configurations, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing downtime. A key aspect of your role will involve maintaining a comprehensive schedule of upcoming Engineering Changes and coordinating with vendors to implement necessary adjustments accordingly. This will require effective communication and collaboration skills to facilitate seamless transitions and minimize disruptions to ongoing projects. To excel in this role, you must possess or be capable of obtaining Computer Engineering qualifications. Additionally, you will be expected to provide outage support to projects as needed, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. Requirements: A 4-year degree coupled with at least 4 years of experience in IT work, or alternatively, a minimum of 10 years' experience in the field. Background knowledge or experience in some or all of the following areas: Cisco Switches Cisco Firewalls  NetApp Storage Trellix/McAfee Cyber Security Devices OWL Data Diodes VMware  Windows Servers (Active Directory, DNS) Project Management  DCS (Distributed Control System) experience
