Project Estimator - Remote

We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented Estimator to join our growing hospitality construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating accurate and competitive bids for hotel, restaurant, and other hospitality projects.
As our Estimator, you will:
- Review project specifications, blueprints, and other documents to fully understand scope of work
- Perform comprehensive takeoffs and collect pricing from subcontractors and vendors
- Compile complete and accurate estimates while meeting aggressive deadlines
- Clearly communicate with customers throughout bidding process to gather information and establish rapport
- Work collaboratively with project managers during bid/proposal development
- Support business development team in identifying and pursuing new opportunities
- Travel to job sites as needed to walk projects and visualize scope of work
- Continuously update cost database and identify market trends to remain competitive
- Bring creative ideas on value engineering or alternative materials/methods to improve our win rate
- Promote a positive culture and help uphold our core values of honesty, integrity and service
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hospitality and/or commercial construction estimating experience. You are a strong communicator and organize your work systematically to deliver quality bids on-time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software is required. A construction management degree is a plus.
