The projects practice, one of the largest globally, involves over 350 project and project finance lawyers across 50+ offices, representing a diverse range of clients in major domestic and cross-border renewable energy projects and financings.
The ideal candidate will have a background in M&A, debt and equity financing transactions, and a deep understanding of structures, risk profiles, and regulatory regimes.
