What You'll Do Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple internal communication projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive plans to support company objectives and enhance employee engagement.
Demonstrate a problem-solving mindset and willingness to stretch and learn.
Content Development: Create, curate, and distribute engaging content to promote enhancements and motivate employees to be active participants in GM's employee channels.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including technical teams and senior leadership, to ensure alignment and collaboration on shared goals.
Measurement and Reporting: Establish metrics to evaluate project efforts.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
