Your Role: As a Project Director, Expert Services, you will be a key contributor to the success of Odaseva.
We are looking for a highly collaborative and seasoned Salesforce Project Director to join our Global Expert Services organization. The ideal candidate will be a blend of strategic and execution-focused, and will work closely with sales and customer success teams in the region to deliver high quality Expert Services engagements and drive business growth.
Your Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of projects for our customers providing day-to-day leadership to analyze their requirements, developing designs, and implementing cloud-based data Security solutions for Salesforce customers.Developing and maintaining long term, trusted relationships with our clients.Encouraging and tracking ongoing and regular customer feedback, including coordination with our customer experience team initiatives.Project Overseeing including but not limited to ensuring team utilization, billing, pre-emptive and reactive project related issue resolution.Being the primary day-to-day escalation point of contact for the client and the operational aspects of the project.Facilitating regular status meetings with project team, sponsors, and all stakeholders.Achieving published company utilization targets.You will bring: 12+ years of relevant experience.Ability to monitor and manage the scope, schedule and budget of projects ranging in size ($25K to $1m) and duration (6 weeks to 1 year).Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize, and practice excellent time management while managing 2 to 10 projects concurrently.Experience/(familiarity with) in managing data security and data management/strategy projects.Experience in professional services/consulting organization.Experience in Agile approaches to project management.Partner with Pre-Sales to help sell Expert Services.Proven ability to manage project budgets, team utilization, and provide project oversight.Experience with using Salesforce.com or involved as part of a project team.PMI certified and/or Agile Scrum master certified.Compensation: $50,000 - $500,000 a year
