The Impact You'll MakeYou will work with the Etch Product Group Engineering Excellence team, improving engineering quality and productivity through standards, business processes, and software solutions.
What You'll DoContinuous improvement which includes all elements of the engineering development and release process from the tools we use to communicate to the engineering practices themselves.Develop evaluation methods to assess process strengths and identify areas for improvement.Work cross-functionally to align with requirements and functionality with stakeholders.Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation.Create, present and maintain effective training.Present project plans to senior management, gain buy-in and deliver results.Manage CFTs with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.Who We're Looking ForExpected minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent experience.Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.Skills in Excel is a must but demonstrable capability with VBA, SQL, JMP, Qlik, Access, QuickBase, SAP, and Matlab.
