Our client, a nationally ranked General Contractor is based in downtown Cincinnati & has an excellent track record resulting from successful projects, incredible company culture and phenomenal growth.
Their pipeline is higher than anticipated for the next couple years so they are looking to bring on a successful Project Manager to grow into a Senior position.
They have a strong emphasis on a positive attitude and they want to grow their team with strong construction professionals.


Job Description Provide planning, design and construction services for municipal infrastructure projects Ensure tasks will be completed on time and within budget Practice collaborative research with fellow team members Interpret local building/zoning codes, ordinances, design manuals and review plans Provide construction observation services on roadway, water, sewer and drainage improvement projects Draft correspondence, reports and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.

The Successful Applicant Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science/ Management preferred College degree and experience in commercial construction working for a GC Proven track record of effective people management High attention to detail regarding project organization Career oriented individual who wants to progress further in their career and take on additional responsibility Proficient use of MS products (Word, Excel, Outlook , etc..)
