Burrow Global is seeking an experienced Project Engineer specializing in EPC energy ventures, particularly in pipelines, terminals, compressor stations, fractionation facilities, and chemical plants.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within budget, and uphold top-notch quality standards.
Responsibilities/Duties: Primary responsibility to coordinate inter-disciplinary technical activities in the development of engineering work packages.
Develop and implement project work plans aligning with contractual obligations and schedules.
Contribute to the development and monitoring of project budgets and man-hour estimates, ensuring cost-effective progress.
Ensure cost-effective technical decisions while maintaining quality standards.
Collaborate with engineering teams for compliant designs and drawing reviews.
Participate in procurement processes, contract negotiations, and vendor relationships.
Provide engineering oversight of construction activities to ensure adherence to developed design pacakges.
Implement quality assurance programs to maintain project quality.
Handle Scope Change Notices, change orders, specifications, and bid evaluations.
Education and Work Experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering Minimum 5 years of project engineering experience.
Minimum 8 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards within an EPC company.
Proficient in managing small to mid-cap projects.
Detailed understanding of industry standards, policies, and procedures.
Skilled in CPM scheduling, project controls, and project management.
Wide general knowledge of engineering disciplines, with expertise in at least one.
Cultivates and maintains extensive contacts within the industry, adept in persuasion and negotiation.
