Project Engineer

About the Role As a Project Engineer, you'll take charge of engineering activities for small to medium sized projects. From initial design to equipment startup, you'll play a vital role in ensuring project success. Your responsibilities will include design development, vendor coordination, and hands-on involvement during installation and commissioning. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed engineering designs, including process flow diagrams, piping layouts, and instrumentation selection. Ensure all equipment meets safety, quality, and client specifications. Oversee the creation of engineering deliverables such as P&IDs, BOMs, and operation manuals. Evaluate vendor proposals and recommend solutions for optimal performance. Coordinate equipment fabrication, inspection, and delivery schedules. Lead onsite equipment startups, commissioning, and generate detailed reports. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 3–5 years of project engineering experience with a focus on utility boilers, industrial furnaces, pumps, valves, or similar equipment. Strong skills in project execution, vendor management, and technical design.
