We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee all project Repair Operations within our Project Services Department. This role involves managing the strategic plan for growing project repair revenue and profitability, directing a team of supervisors and coordinators, and ensuring exceptional service for our subscribers.
**Job Description:**
Oversee project repair operations and manage strategic growth of repair revenue and profitability.
Direct the Project Services Supervisor and field technicians.
Supervise coordinators responsible for scheduling subscriber jobs and repairs.
Provide consistent and prompt communication with subscribers, vendors, and internal staff.
Develop enduring solutions to resolve issues and improve service performance and efficiency.
Build and maintain trust and relationships with subscribers and vendors.
Source, vet, and manage new vendors/sub-contractors.
Source new jobs and projects to maintain steady workflow.
Monitor task management systems and ensure proper data capture and management.
Oversee expense report and invoice processing for repairs and vendors.
Ensure quality control standards are upheld by techs and sub-contractors.
Assist with preparing and presenting estimates, agreements, and contracts to subscribers.
Manage the onboarding process for new subscribers, including home inspections and project lead generation.
**Qualifications:**
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience in project management and strategic planning.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with subscribers and vendors.
Proficient in task management and information systems.
Detail-oriented with strong quality control standards.
Experience in preparing estimates and managing contracts.
Ability to oversee and improve operational efficiency.
Knowledge of home repair and maintenance processes is a plus.
