Project Executive - Commercial

You'll be part of a construction general contractor firm located in Fort Lauderdale with over 35 years of history, offices and projects in all South Florida. Specialized in Multifamily High - Mid Rise, Mixed Use, Education, Hotels, Projects from 40M to over 100M. Responsibilities
Lead aspects across project cycle, managing contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of the construction process. Reporting to the VP of Construction. Several projects under management.
Manage expectations, commitments and day to day operations with the clients, subcontractors, architects and owners, building trust and value throughout the construction process.
Participate in reviewing and evaluating documentation related to the planning, site investigation, design, construction, and contract administration.
Preconstruction / Process Improvement / Stakeholder Management (Arch, Developer, Owners Rep, City, others). Team Management / Recruitment
Qualifications
B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience.
15-25 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor in Commercial, Hotels, Multifamily (Mid - High Rise), Government - Federal, Ground Up / Renovation projects. To be successful you need to be familiar with South Florida area subcontractor and vendor market.
Organized, team management, passionate and communication skills are also crucial to the success of the role.
Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software's are important.
