Project Executive

The Position This is an exceptional & unique opportunity for a Senior Construction Project Manager / Project Executive to join our client in their D.C office – the successful candidate will be a senior-level manager/executive with extensive experience within an established General Contractor, along with project experience in Hospitality & Retail, Senior Living & Office Construction within the District of Columbia.
This position will tenaciously drive our clients projects forward, from pre-construction through to close out & completion in addition to developing & mentoring a team of Project Managers.
New, Ground-Up Construction experience is a necessity, along with D.C market experience.

Requirements Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive within a well-established General Contractor in the DC market
Pre-Construction through to project close out experience
Commercial AND/OR Residential construction project experience, including Hospitality & Retail, Senior Living & Offices
Ability & Passion for Developing & Mentoring Project Engineers & Project Managers
Knowledge of the DC Construction Industry & Process
Excellent communication and Organization skills
