As our Project Lead, you will help the Project Manager oversee the scope of a project work plan, including assisting in gathering information, customer visits and preparation of assessment documentation.
Every day you will be responsible for assessing current processes and assisting in transitioning these processes to the Shared Services.
This person will assess volume, provide staffing analysis, complete project plans and prepare assessment documentation.
This position will be accountable for all aspects of a given project as assigned by the Manger or Director of the Program Management Office (PMO).
This includes following project plans, assessment of current and additional book ministries, analysis and monitoring of outcomes as well as supporting a successful partnership with our customers.
To thrive in this role, the successful candidate will need extensive experience in Microsoft Office products, be a self-motivator, good listener, observant and a team-player.
Here's what you will experience working as a Project Lead:
Assists in managing day-to-day aspects of a project and scope.
Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Identifies customer resources and develops staffing analysis and requirements for Patient Facing Shared Services.
Prepares action items and deliverables to present to Customers and management.
Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
Minimizes our exposure and risk on projects.
Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Travel to Customer locations to assess current state and propose future state requirements.
Assist in preparation of policies and procedures.
Supports training team to ensure transition(s) are effective and timely.
Works with our IT organization in order to implement any and all technology requirements for transitions.
Effectively able to transition project plan and documentation to our team in operations.
Required Skills:
Experience leading project planning and running detailed operations.
Excellent interpersonal and team skills, extremely collegial.
Demonstrated resourcefulness and good judgment.
Outstanding communications skills, written and oral.
Ability to multitask while maintaining specific attention to details.
Flexibility to travel a minimum of 25% of the job without a lot of notice.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $50,065.00 - $64,381.00 per year .
Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
