Project Lead

Job Summary:

The Project Lead will provide both strategic and tactical leadership for high-visibility projects that positively impact core business operations and commercial sales.


This role involves managing complex projects, resolving conflicts, and ensuring timely delivery while collaborating with various teams, including Commercial and Technical Programs.


The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background, experience in life sciences, and familiarity with Client's Business Systems (CBS).


Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and oversight for high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Manage and resolve project conflicts, timelines, and resource challenges across different teams.
Support the Commercial and Technical Programs Team by addressing technical, logistics, and commercial issues.
Apply creative problem-solving to remove roadblocks and complete critical project actions.
Lead project teams, delegate tasks, and provide strategic vision to drive project success.
Communicate clearly and effectively with all organizational levels to keep stakeholders informed.
Utilize Visual Project Management (VPM) tools and advanced project management processes to optimize project outcomes.
Required Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in project management.
Demonstrated skill in managing complex projects, including conflict resolution and timeline management.
Commercial, marketing, or product management experience in the life sciences industry.
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Client's Business Systems (CBS) tools, practices, and procedures.
Experience with Visual Project Management (VPM) tools and advanced project management processes.
Proven ability to lead project teams and work with cross-functional stakeholders.
