Job Summary:
As a Project Management Intern, you will be responsible for project success and work alongside various engineering, product management, and development teams to manage the business processes associated with software development from planning to release. You will get hands-on experience with cloud-based release planning, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and delivering project and program updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring to note milestone achievements, task completion, and change management activities
- Ensuring effective and timely communication with project stakeholders with the appropriate level of frequency and formality
- Managing risk and any issues as they arise, escalating from the team(s), collaborating with senior business and/or technical roles as required to ensure resolution
- Attend project, standup, and scrum meetings, to keep a current understanding of progress and issues
- Ensure that any important external issues that the team(s) need to be aware of are brought to their attention
- Be concerned with the details. The candidate must be able to change context regularly between conceptual enterprise strategy and in-depth implementation details
- Manage the business requirements, and changes and ensure the information is effectively communicated to the technical team
- You will partner with various teams including Customer Care, IT, Engineering, and Marketing to identify solutions
Recommend Skills & Experience:
- Must be a current college student majoring in business management, business analytics, information systems, management information systems, project management, program management, or a related field
- Must be grading no earlier than May 2024 and be actively continuing to pursue a degree at the completion of the internship
- Strong analytical skills and experience in financial accounting and/or budgeting course work a plus
- Possess an internship in project management and managing multiple teams using creative problem-solving
- Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills working cross-functionally with other teams
- Comfortable with ambiguity, relentlessly curious, and willing to ask questions
- Working knowledge of Google Suite Workspace

- Familiarity with Oracle and Salesforce
