The Supply Chain team is seeking a Project Management & Planning Operations Manager
The selected candidate will Manage the Proposal Management team on the F-35 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Project Office team assigned to Production and Development.
In addition to managing the team, the Manager will work closely with F-35 Contracts, Estimating, Program Offices, Business Management, and Procurement to develop subcontracting strategies and manage Production and Development proposal activity.
The Manager will frequently interact with internal and external F-35 customers in support of Production and Development prime proposal activities.

This position is located at a facility that requires special access; will require US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance after hire.

Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelors Degree
-Procurement/SCM experience with the ability to interpret and clarify subcontract requirements
-Experience with Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
-Experience with Subcontractor Requests for Proposals (RFP's)
-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Skills:
-Team Lead or Management Experience
-Negotiation Experience
-Project Management Experience
-F-35 Program Experience
-Familiarity with prime proposal process
-C-Level Communication and presentation experience
-Coordination and integrations experience
-Experience leading a team in a fast paced, challenging environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
